Who Needs to Register for Corporate Tax?
UAE juridical persons (including Free Zone entities), such as:
- Private or public joint-stock companies
- Limited liability companies
2. Non-UAE juridical persons incorporated outside the UAE but effectively managed and controlled in the UAE.
3. Natural persons (individuals) conducting business or activities in the UAE as per a Cabinet Decision (Article 11(6)).
4. Non-resident persons with a Permanent Establishment in the UAE or earning UAE-sourced income within the scope of corporate tax.
